Isabel Cobo

Isabel Cobo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as VP of People at Cabify since July 2024. Prior to this, Isabel held the position of HR Director for Spain at Grupo SM, where a robust communications strategy and a meritocracy-based compensation philosophy were successfully implemented. Isabel's notable tenure at Thomson Reuters included roles such as Head of HR for the Enterprise Center and VP of HR for Global Group Functions, where strategic HR initiatives led to significant operational efficiencies and cultural transformations. Early career experience at GE involved supporting HR operations in both Spain and Portugal. Isabel holds a Coaching Certificate from Escuela Europea de Coaching and a Master's in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, coupled with a degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.
