Lina Ojeda

Lina Ojeda is an accomplished People Manager currently working at Cabify since October 2022. Previously, Lina held the position of Coordinadora de Talento Humano at Pei Asset Management from August 2019 to October 2022, where key responsibilities included leading development, culture, and change processes, as well as overseeing performance evaluations and digital innovation projects. Significant achievements include the launch of a career development plan, the management of the company's talent grids, and the design of a corporate intranet. Prior to Pei Asset Management, Lina served as Gestora de Talento Humano at AXA COLPATRIA and gained experience in talent management and recruitment processes, contributing to increased client satisfaction and reduced selection times. With a degree in psychology from Universidad de Los Andes and a specialization in Human Development Management from Universidad de La Sabana, Lina brings a strong academic foundation to human resource management.
