David E. Burnstein

David E. Burnstein is an accomplished professional in the field of economics with extensive experience in regulatory finance. Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Economics & Finance at Cable & Wireless Communications since June 2010, David develops regulatory finance strategies for the subsidiary Flow, a regional telecom operator in the Caribbean. Previously, David held positions such as Managing Regulatory Economist at LECG, LLC and Managing Economist at the Information & Communications Technology Authority. David's academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from Michigan State University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
