Jerry Bhola

Jerry Bhola began their work experience in 2009 as an Information Technology Lecturer at the International Training Centre. Jerry then worked as a Network Specialist at J's Xpress Technology from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Jerry served as an Information and Networks Administrator at Columbus Communications Grenada LTD. Jerry then joined Streamline Networks as a Network Administrator in early 2016. Currently, Jerry is working at Cable & Wireless Communications, where they started as an Information Technology Specialist in 2016 and is now the IT Workplace Technology Team Lead, a position they have held since May 2022.

Jerry Bhola completed an Associate's degree in Micro Computer Engineering from T.A. Marryshow Community College from 2007 to 2009. From 2021 to 2023, Jerry pursued a Bachelor of Science - BSc (Hons) degree in Information Technology from St. George's University. In terms of additional certifications, Jerry obtained several IT-related certifications. in September 2021, they completed CCNA certifications including "CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation," "CCNA: Introduction to Networks," and "CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials." In August 2019, Jerry completed the "Advanced Factory Training - NRT Opal Kiosks" certification from NRT Technology Corp. Additionally, in January 2023, Jerry obtained certifications such as "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look," "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4," and "Learning ITIL®" from LinkedIn.
