Michael Wood has over 20 years of work experience. Michael began their career in 1998 as a Business Analyst for Datamonitor. In 2000, they moved to Rubus as a Strategy Consultant. In 2002, they co-founded Cocojambo. Three years later, they founded Tweed London and served as its Director. In 2010, they co-founded Receipt Bank (now Dext) and served as its Non Executive Director. Michael helped build one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and Europe, the #1 app on Xero and helped more than 10k firms of accountants and bookkeepers. In 2020, they became a Non Executive Director for Cable Tech. Michael is currently a Founder of Translucent and a Co-Founder of Cambrian.
Michael Wood attended the University of Aberdeen from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a BSc Hons in Zoology.
