Chad Riland

Chad Riland is an experienced program manager currently serving as Program Manager II and previously as Program Manager - Innovation at CableLabs, a non-profit organization focused on innovation and R&D for the cable television industry since November 2016. Prior to CableLabs, Chad held multiple roles at Schneider Electric including Innovation Manager and Software Development Manager, where responsibilities included leading new product pipeline development and managing internal development teams. Chad's career also includes positions at Calpine, VantagePoint Network, and Miner & Miner, where expertise in architecture, design, and software engineering was demonstrated. Chad began the professional journey as a Laboratory Intern at the National Institute of Standards and Technology after earning a BS in Physics from the University of Maryland.
