Jon Schnoor is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in optical and wired networking solutions within the cable industry. Currently serving as Principal Architect at CableLabs since August 2014, Jon focuses on developing innovative optical networking solutions and collaborating with cable operators to advance fiber networks. Prior roles include Lead Architect at Ubee Interactive and various engineering and management positions at Ericsson, Hitachi Communication Technologies America, Comcast Cable, and Charter Communications, where responsibilities encompassed product development, strategic planning, and technical marketing. Jon holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems and Computer Science from Iowa State University.
