Steve Arendt

Steve Arendt is a distinguished technologist and director of the Advanced Technology Group at CableLabs since March 2017. Prior to this role, Steve served as a consultant and principal engineer at Sunrise Software LLC from May 1998 to March 2017. Steve holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the University of Chicago, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, Steve has completed Nanodegrees in Artificial Intelligence and AI in Trading from Udacity in 2018 and 2019, respectively.
