Thomas Nogues is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecom, broadcast, and media industries. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at CableLabs since July 2013, Thomas focuses on fostering relationships within the cable operator community. As the Founder of Kertom, established in November 2010, Thomas provides independent consulting services. Previously, Thomas held the position of Director of Technology at Cable Europe, where responsibilities included coordinating technical activities on regulatory issues. Thomas also directed technology initiatives for the Motion Picture Association in the EMEA region and held various roles at NDS Ltd, contributing to significant advancements in digital television technology. Thomas holds an MBA from Solvay Brussels School, a Master in Engineering from Télécom Paris, and a Master in Applied Physics from Université Joseph Fourier.
