Ben So

Ben So has extensive experience in network operations and management, currently serving as an Associate Server Admin at Altice USA since May 2021, following roles as a Senior NOC Operator and NOC Operator III. Prior to Altice USA, Ben worked at Friendly Ice Cream Corporation from 1999 to 2012, where responsibilities included supervising staff and implementing training methods while contributing to the opening of seven new stores. Ben also has a background in officiating volleyball, serving as Vice President of the Suffolk Board of Volleyball Officials, and has gained IT experience through internships with the NYC Board of Education and MedNet Technologies. Ben holds a degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems from Farmingdale State University, graduating with a GPA of 3.42.
