Pat Herrera

Pat Herrera is the Director of Optimum Project Implementation at Cablevision, where they define and enhance business requirements for projects within Product Development. With extensive operational experience in Customer Service and Sales, Pat has effectively led cross-functional teams and managed relationships with business partners. Prior to their current role, they served as an Instructional Designer and contributed to the Sales Department by creating training materials and mentoring new instructors. Pat has been with Cablevision since 2003 and continues to leverage their skills in ensuring successful product launches.
