Roman Gemperle

Roman Gemperle has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, having held various leadership roles at Swisscom Schweiz from 2014 to 2020, where they managed technical teams and contributed to service assurance and efficiency improvements. Roman also worked at cablex AG as Head of Business Responsible Transport, Access & Connectivity Network from 2020 to 2021. They hold an Ingenieur HTL degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, and have completed a Lean Master program at the Lean Academy Implement Consulting Group, along with a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur FH specializing in Service Management from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
