Roddy Thomas

Roddy Thomas has extensive experience in production and operations management, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at WestRock Company since November 2019, while also managing operations at The Concho Palace. In addition, Roddy has held various supervisory roles at Cabot Microelectronics, SolarWorld, and Mission Foods, focusing on lean initiatives and employee oversight. Previous positions include Shift Manager at TriQuint Semiconductor and Manufacturing Supervisor at Qimonda and Hynix Semiconductor, where Roddy demonstrated a strong ability to direct operations, optimize production, and mentor technicians. Roddy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Chemeketa Community College and has pursued additional education at Texas Tech University and Angelo State University.
