Mark A. Bechard

Mark is one of the longest serving team members at Cabot. He directs the firm’s diverse business operations and ensures alignment across all systems, resources, and people to achieve their goals and support their culture and vision. Mark also oversees financings, financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls and sits on the Investment Committee for all current funds, active funds, and separate accounts. Mark has assumed many roles during his tenure, including Vice President of Property Management Accounting and Vice President of Financial Planning. As Assistant Treasurer for the REIT, he created and maintained the Cabot financial model and performed a variety of corporate finance and treasury functions, including the administration of the Company’s credit facility. He was responsible for the financial reporting on over $550 million of investments on behalf of institutional clients while acting as a Senior Portfolio Accountant of Cabot Partners. Mark holds a BS in Finance from Salem State College.
