Rob oversees capital deployment in industrial markets in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. Before joining Cabot in 2009, he was a Senior Financial Analyst with Grubb and Ellis providing property management analysis and reporting for institutional clients. Rob holds a BS in Finance and an MBA from the School of Management at Marist College.
