Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson has over 25 years of work experience. Aaron started their career as a Research Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston in 1995. Aaron then worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and later as a Project Leader. In 2005, they joined Cabot Corporation, where they held various leadership positions such as Business Development Manager, Commercial Director, and Vice President for different divisions including Specialty Compounds, Purification Solutions, and Asia Pacific Business Development. From 2017, they became Vice President and General Manager - Specialty Carbons. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and became the President of Purification Solutions, and in 2019, they took on the role of President of Formulated Solutions. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President for Global Business Services and Global Engineering. Their expertise lies in business development, global engineering, and leadership in the chemical industry.

Aaron Johnson attended Bates College from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Aaron then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 1999 to 2001. However, no specific field of study is provided for their MBA.
