Eduardo Chicon is a LATAM Reliability and Asset Management Leader with over 25 years of experience in asset performance and maintenance strategies across various sectors, including petrochemical, chemical, and construction industries. They have held significant roles such as Regional Manager of Asset Reliability at Cabot Corporation and Maintenance Coordinator, driving initiatives that enhanced asset lifecycle and reduced downtime. Eduardo has worked internationally in countries including Ethiopia, Sudan, Peru, and the United States, and has a strong background in project management, TPM, and Lean methodologies. They are also dedicated to developing reliable systems and mentoring multicultural teams for operational excellence.
