Jason Shaw

Jason Shaw is a Global Director of Project Management at Cabot Corporation, with over 20 years of experience in engineering and management within the energy industry. Jason’s background includes significant roles in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, overseeing mechanical systems, and in various leadership positions at BASF and ExxonMobil, where they managed large capital projects exceeding $1 billion. Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, along with certifications as a PMP and PMI-RMP.
