Marilou Labonté

Marilou Labonté is a dynamic and structured HSE manager with a passion for prevention. Currently serving as Directrice SSE & Qualité at Cabot Corporation, Marilou supports health and safety initiatives across various sites and leverages strong communication and organizational skills. Previously, Marilou held roles at Lafarge Canada, where responsibilities included implementing safety programs and providing expert guidance on health and safety management systems for operations across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. Marilou's educational background includes a DEC in Environment, Hygiene, and Safety from CEGEP Sorel-Tracy and management training from Université Laval and HEC Montréal, among others.
