彭 Peng磊 Lei

磊 Lei 彭 Peng is a seasoned professional in the lithium-ion battery industry with over 13 years of experience. They worked as a senior engineer and project manager at BYD from 2006 to 2012, where they developed and tested consumer electronics-grade lithium-ion batteries. From 2012 to 2020, they served as the application R&D department manager at a nano materials company, focusing on technical support for the lithium-ion battery sector and leading the development of new products. Currently, they are a Research and Development Manager at Cabot Corporation, overseeing global nano materials dispersion technology. Lei has a Master of Business Administration from Wuhan University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Central South University.
