Tao Han is currently the Global Technology Director at Cabot Corporation, where they leverage extensive expertise in polymeric materials, synthetic rubber formulation, and nanocomposite processing. Previously, Tao held positions at Lanxess Chemical as a Greater China Rubber Technical Engineer and as a Business and Application Development Scientist in the USA, before advancing to R&D roles at The Dow Chemical Company. They earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron, where they also pursued a Ph.D. candidacy in Polymer Engineering. Tao is fluent in both English and Chinese.
