Warren Clay

Warren Clay has over two decades of experience in chemistry and process development, currently serving as Lead Scientist/Lead Process Chemist at Cabot Corporation since August 2007. Prior roles include Senior Scientist at Johnson Matthey, where responsibilities encompassed safety reviews and the design of control and chemical processing systems. Warren also held positions at Johnson Matthey Pharma Services and Dow Chemical, where expertise in process development and Six Sigma methodologies was applied. Earlier experience includes work as a Process Development Chemist at Hampshire Chemical and as a Senior Technical Specialist at WR Grace. Warren Clay earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing studies in 1998.
