Jesse Moller

Jesse Moller has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry. Jesse began their career in 2006 as the Vice President of Claims and Risk Management at U-PIC Insurance Services. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing custom insurance programs, managing partner relationships, developing and implementing a custom core CRM, designing custom system reports, developing referral follow-up schedules, designing targeted marketing material, overseeing and conducting review, adjusting, and adjudication of all high value claims, revamping the claims process and workflow, creating SOPs and training guides, working with the underwriter to review and revise coverage, and managing the development and implementation of U-PIC's online claim filing service.

In 2014, Jesse was selected by the CEO of School Device Coverage to take on the Program Director role, in addition to their VP responsibilities, to successfully build out U-PIC's first new program from scratch. In this role, they were responsible for creating a School Device Coverage Program, working with IT to create a back-end CRM and user-friendly front-end website, developing a successful go-to-market strategy, developing a sales strategy, creating a marketing strategy, attending tradeshows, helping close all deals with all active clients, developing partnerships, creating a claims process, and developing a proprietary algorithm to assess risk and produce rates.

Most recently, in 2022, Jesse was appointed President of Operations at Cabrella Shipping Insurance.

Jesse Moller obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University Channel Islands Extended University between 2016 and 2018, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelors of Science from California State University Channel Islands, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2005 to 2010, they attended Moorpark College. Additionally, they obtained four certifications from the California Department of Insurance between 2008 and 2014.
