Cokey Mills is a seasoned Senior Cost Engineer at Cabrera Services Inc. since June 2015, specializing in cost estimate revisions for significant projects including the demolition of a nuclear reactor and power plant facility at Ft Greely, AK. Experience spans multiple roles in cost engineering, particularly at Amec Foster Wheeler, where responsibilities encompassed cost estimation and engineering for various federal and international construction projects. Previous positions include serving as a cost engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and as the owner principal of CW Mills, a North Carolina general contracting company. Cokey holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and has attained professional certifications including Certified Cost Engineer and Project Management Professional.
