Aude Levant

Aude Levant is a seasoned compliance expert with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Since December 2005, Aude has held multiple leadership roles at CACEIS, including Group Head of Compensation and Benefits and Responsible for Compensation and Social Management Control, where Aude has successfully executed global and thematic inspection missions, defined control plans, and authored audit reports. Aude has also led the development of HR policies and tools, negotiated collective agreements, and analyzed compensation equity. Prior to CACEIS, Aude worked at Crédit Agricole Asset Management and Crédit Lyonnais Asset Management, focusing on HR studies, project management, and social communication. Aude holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Maîtrise in Political Science from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and has obtained certifications in finance and sustainable development.
