David Celeste

David Celeste has extensive experience in business development and client coverage within the financial services industry. Since July 2013, David has been with CACEIS, where responsibilities have included leading a division focused on OTC and ETD services, managing a team of 70 professionals in areas such as OTC processing, valuation, and collateral management. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of the OTC Center of Excellence for EMEA at StateStreet Bank Luxembourg from June 2003 to July 2013, where David created and managed a 50-member team responsible for processing and valuing OTC products for clients across several European countries. Earlier roles at StateStreet included Assistant Vice President of OTC valuation, where David implemented a specialized valuation service, and Pricing Manager. David holds two master's degrees, one in International Finance from IEP Lyon and another in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Centre d'études européen.
