Hien Pham

Hien PHAM is a skilled Machine Learning Engineer currently at CACEIS since November 2021, specializing in the design and development of an invoice understanding and extraction system, which includes an end-to-end deep learning model and a continuous training and delivery pipeline. Prior experience includes a role as a Machine Learning Researcher at InterDigital, Inc. from January 2019 to June 2020, where Hien co-invented a Video Coding patent by enhancing long-range prediction in video codecs using deep learning techniques. Hien also conducted research at Technicolor focused on Color Constancy with deep learning, improving the performance of existing models. Earlier work involved an internship at IMT Atlantique, evaluating underwater localization methods. Hien holds dual Master's degrees in Signal, Image, Embedded Systems, and Automatic, Image Processing & Machine Learning from IMT Atlantique and Telecom Bretagne, along with an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
