Juan Ballesteros is the Group Head of Audit Hub for CACEIS, overseeing operations in Spain and Latin America since 2020. Previously, they held significant roles, including Senior Manager in the Internal Audit Division at Banco Santander and Global Head of Internal Audit at Santander Securities Services. Juan began their career in finance with positions at Caja Madrid and Arthur Andersen & Co., which laid the groundwork for their expertise in financial services. They hold a Licenciatura in Economics and a Licenciatura in ADE from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a Programa Superior de Desarrollo Directivo from IE Business School.
