Uma Devi, ACSI, currently serves as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CACEIS since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. With extensive experience spanning over a decade in operations and human resources, previous roles include Associate Director in Hong Kong Operations, and positions at RBC Royal Bank Of Canada and HDPM Data Processing Malaysia, where Uma led teams, managed operational processes, and drove staff development. Earlier career milestones include roles at HSBC Security Services and a marketing position at Agenda Suria Communication. Uma holds a Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
