Blake Souter

Blake Souter is a finance professional with extensive experience in consumer credit and team leadership. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager and Consumer Credit Analyst at Cache Valley Bank since December 2019, Blake manages a diverse pipeline of consumer loans and provides tailored advice to clients. Prior to this role, Blake held leadership positions at Target, including Executive Team Lead, where responsibilities involved overseeing a team and driving operational performance across multiple departments with significant annual sales. Earlier experiences include a Store Executive Intern role at Target, where financial analysis and hiring were key tasks, as well as an Accounting Assistant position at Northern Title Company, focused on financial record maintenance and payroll management. Blake earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
