Robert Brooks has extensive experience in information technology and security, having worked as an IT Specialist at the US Department of Homeland Security from June 2003 to December 2024 and as a Lead Security Analyst for the Department of State from August 2018 to December 2024. Robert also held positions as a System Engineer at Northrop Grumman M5 Network Security from 2001 to 2005, and as an Administrator at FYI, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. Currently, Robert serves as a Digital Analyst at CACI bv since July 2024. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Howard University, where studies took place from 1980 to 1985.
