Simon Gray

Simon Gray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and partnerships within the marketing and data sectors. As the Director of Growth & Partnerships at CACI Ltd since 2016, Simon leads the Solutions Team and develops partner ecosystems to enhance client engagement through strategic data and technology. Previous roles include Chair of the Agencies Council at DMA UK and key positions at various organizations such as The Engine Group, Fuel Data, and DG3 Europe, where Simon oversaw business development, managed sales teams, and improved client relationships. Simon's background also includes coaching youth rugby and contributions to community initiatives through Blackheath Rugby Club. Simon holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
