Roger Weiss

Roger Weiss, IFCCE, serves as President of CACi, specializing in various aspects of debt collections including hospital, physician group, and utility collections, while maintaining a complaint-free environment. As Immediate Past President of ACA International since 2003, Roger contributes as a Certified Instructor in professional and ethical collection practices, and has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including President Elect and Treasurer. Roger is also the Developer and Presenter for Patient Centric Collection Practices, focusing on the growing importance of self-pay revenue in healthcare. Additionally, as President of The Collections Coach, Roger provides innovative web-based training solutions for collection professionals, facilitating substantial improvements in performance. Roger holds an education from Southeast Missouri State University, completed between 1987 and 1990.
