Wentao Xiao

Wentao Xiao is the co-founder and CEO of CACTIVATE, a company dedicated to helping startups and small-to-medium businesses optimize their online store's return on ad spend since January 2021. Previously, Wentao co-founded and served as CEO of Zealery, a gamified mobile shopping platform, from December 2016 to June 2019. Wentao also held a Global Entrepreneur in Residence position at Babson College, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs from January 2017 to December 2019. Additional experience includes part-time Airbnb hosting while in college and roles at various companies such as Yang Alliance Limited, Fei Ma Lu, Financial Diligence Networks, GameHi5, and EY, covering areas from program assistance to investment analysis. Wentao holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
