Amanda Meyer has over a decade of experience in scientific editing and writing, currently serving as an Editor at Cactus Communications since July 2010. Amanda held the position of Medical Writer at MJH Life Sciences™ from January 2023 to September 2024 and was previously the Head of Science at Pierrepont School from August 2010 to August 2017. Additional roles include part-time faculty at Quinnipiac University in Biological Sciences and teaching/tutoring at First Choice College Placement. Amanda's early career included research technician positions at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and New York Structural Biology Center, along with editing for Journal Prep. Amanda holds an M.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Iowa.
