Willian Matiola has a strong background in product design and UI/UX design. Willian has experience working with various companies and industries, including Cactus, Bitso, Stoika Design, UI Lab School, The Bridge Social, homeyou, Organizze, Choco la Design, and Virtualiza Agência Interativa.

In their role as a Product Designer at Cactus, they are currently responsible for designing new products. Previously, at Bitso, they worked on improving the trading experience for their crypto products. At Stoika Design, they co-founded the agency and managed projects across different sectors. Likewise, at UI Lab School, they co-founded the company and created online courses and workshops for UI/UX design.

Willian Matiola completed a Postgraduate Degree in Neuroscience and Behavior at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2020 to 2021. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design from SATC - Associação Beneficente da Indústria Carbonífera de Santa Catarina, completing it from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including "Dan Ariely on Making Decisions," "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process," "Empathy in UX Design," "UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data," and "Behavioral Economics." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in June 2022 and from 42courses in December 2020. Willian also completed a Curso de Extensão Mentalidade de Desenvolvimento Contínuo at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in October 2019.
