Leticia Lins is a product design graduate with a specialization in neuroscience and social responsibility, bringing extensive experience in Human-Centered Design across various sectors, including finance and technology. Currently, Leticia serves as the Manager of People & Culture and ESG at Cadastra, where they lead initiatives to enhance organizational culture and promote employee well-being while advancing sustainability practices. Previously, Leticia held roles in UX research and product design management at Neon and specialized in communication at Nosso Espaço do Conhecimento. They have also worked in customer experience roles at notable companies like Mutant and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. Leticia holds certifications in neuroscience and a postgraduate degree in Human Rights, Social Responsibility, and Global Citizenship.
