So Ikeda is currently the Enterprise Sales Senior Manager at CADDi, after progressing through various roles within the company. They served as a Project Manager from 2021 to 2023 and began their career at CADDi in Business Development. Prior to CADDi, So worked as a Plant Engineer at Kansai Electric Power Co. from 2017 to 2021. So holds a Master's degree in Hydrogen Energy Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering, both from Kyushu University.
