Vicki Wright currently serves as the Interim Director of Finance at Cadence Partners, beginning in July 2024, where responsibilities include insourcing the finance function, refreshing financial reporting, reviewing pricing and profitability, and supporting the development of the 2025 business plan. Previously, Vicki worked at the New Economics Foundation from January 2022 to September 2024, holding multiple roles including Management Consultant, Director of Finance and Operations, and Interim Deputy Chief Executive, focusing on organisational strategy and core functions. Vicki also served as Chief Operating Officer at ThinkForward UK from June 2019 to February 2022, overseeing strategy and operational management, and held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest from April 2015 to July 2019, driving strategy and development. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Finance Manager and Finance Officer at City and Hackney Mind from February 2009 to March 2015.
