Chris Gallagher

Chris Gallagher has a diverse work experience in various roles related to DevOps, cloud engineering, and IT operations. Chris is currently the Director of DevOps and Cloud Engineering at Cadent, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this, they held roles such as Sr. Manager DevOps and Manager of DevOps at Cadent, where they upgraded infrastructure, introduced CI/CD pipelines, and implemented AWS usage.

Before joining Cadent, Chris worked at iCIMS as a Principal Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing DevOps and Platform as a Service (PaaS) development teams. Chris designed shared APIs, created roadmaps, and established a Center of Excellence for DevOps.

Chris also has experience working as a Senior Infrastructure Architect at Wodify, Manager of IT Operations at InfoMC, Inc., Manager of Operations at Comcast Interactive Media, Manager of Production Operations and Senior Systems Engineer at Razorfish, and a Senior Systems Analyst at Gravic, Inc. Chris started their career as an Implementation Associate at Towers Perrin.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and team management.

Chris Gallagher obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing and MIS from La Salle University between 1995 and 1999. In addition, they have certifications in "Communication within Teams" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020) and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Level" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) (obtained in 2013).
