Eric Hartman

Eric Hartman is an experienced professional in data science and machine learning engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Machine Learning Engineering at Cadent since May 2021. Hartman founded and expanded the MLE department, focusing on data retrieval, ETL, model scaling, and governance. Previously, as a Machine Learning Engineer and Business Intelligence Engineer II at Amazon, Hartman developed scalable business intelligence solutions from complex datasets. Additionally, while at Cadent from 2014 to 2020, Hartman designed the organization's first Data Lake and played a crucial role in building the BI department. Hartman's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
