Mark Crilly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark began their career in 1999 as a Sales Advisor/IT Analyst at Abbey National General Insurance, where they provided first-line support to customers and worked on off-site projects developing a customer-facing website. In 2003, they joined Virgin Media as a Customer Service Agent, quickly progressing to a 2nd line role and achieving consistent target-related bonuses. Mark then took on various roles within Virgin Media, including Broadband Technical Analyst, Fault Management Analyst, Knowledge & Content Engineer, Solutions Development Specialist, and finally, Lead Information Process Specialist. Mark joined Cadent in 2018 and has served as a Technical Engineer, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and currently holds the position of Lead Technical Support Engineer.

Mark Crilly attended Maghull High School from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued Business Studies, Administration, and Finance. Mark later enrolled in Maghull High School Sixth Form from 1995 to 1997, where they continued their studies in Business Studies Administration and Finance. Additionally, Mark Crilly has obtained various certifications, including Linux System Engineer: Database Servers Using MariaDB and Learning Docker from LinkedIn, as well as Search Mastery and SumoLogice from Sumo Logic.
