Melissa Roach

Melissa Roach has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Melissa started their professional journey as a Server at PJ Whelihan's in 2010 and held this position until 2012. From there, they joined CBS Radio as a Promotions Assistant/Cluster Street Team member from April 2011 to October 2012. Following this, Melissa worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at 1210 WPHT, a CBS Radio station, from October 2012 to January 2014. Melissa then transitioned to BEN FM, Greater Media Philadelphia, where they served as a Sales Assistant from January 2014 to January 2015. Currently, Melissa is employed at Cadent since January 2015. Melissa has held various roles within the company, including Media Planner from January 2015 to March 2017, Senior Media Planner from July 2016 to March 2017, Manager of Pricing & Planning from March 2017 to July 2018, Director of Network Operations from July 2018 to January 2020, Senior Director of Network Operations from January 2020 to January 2021, and currently, they serve as the VP of Media Planning & Reporting at Cadent.

Melissa Roach obtained a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development and Change from Penn State University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Radio and Television from Monmouth University in 2010.
