Rob Glass

Rob Glass has had a diverse and extensive professional career in the sales and steel industry. Rob began their career in 1988 at Owen Steel Company Inc., where they held the position of Vice President and General Manager. From 1993 to 2000, they worked at Kline Iron & Steel Company, Inc. as a Sales Manager, before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Estimating at Kline Iron & Steel Co., Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Rob then joined Covenant Steel and Qualico Steel as a Sales Manager from 2003 to 2011. In 2012, they joined Banker Steel Company and held several key roles, including Vice President - Industrial Sales, Vice President Sales and Estimating, and ultimately Sr. Vice President Sales and Estimating from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they transitioned to eXp Realty as a Commercial and Residential Realtor, and later joined cadeploy as an Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Rob Glass earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1976 to 1981. In 1990, they attended the Young Executive Institute at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, although no degree information was provided.
