-	The general pool comprises 75% of the staff. For the sake of regulating the company's activity, no team is attached to a single partner. Each team is made to measure and sized according to the particular needs of a given assignment.

-	The Social Department addresses client expectations in the face of the increasing complexity of labour law and the need for outsourcing. It is overseen by a lawyer specialising in employment law and numbered 15 employees.

-	The VSE-SME Accounting Department is dedicated to the processing of chartered accounting files. The teams are trained and scaled to support this specific target group with all the necessary professionalism. This department consists of 10 employees.

-	Two cross-functional teams support foreign companies from specific geographical regions: the Japan Desk and the Nordik Desk.
