David Murray

David Murray is a Technical Support AE at CADimensions, Inc. David has over 20 years of experience in electronics and communications systems.

David started their career in 1980 as a Cryptological Technician in the US Navy. David performed preventive maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of antenna array communication and defense systems.

In 1984, David transitioned to General Electric, where they worked as an Electronics Technician for 9 years. There, they performed testing and troubleshooting on radar and sonar circuit boards, assemblies, power supplies and cabinets. David also trained testers on function and operation of test stations and test equipment. Some of the systems David worked on included navigational sonar systems for Trident II class submarines and Over The Horizon early warning radar.

In 1993, David left General Electric to join CADimensions, Inc., where they have been working ever since.

David Murray has completed a variety of educational programs to become a cryptological technician maintenance for the United States Navy. David has also completed programs in microwave theory and application, precision measuring equipment, and basic electricity and electronics. In addition to their Navy training, David Murray is certified by SolidWorks Corporation in advanced drawing tools specialist, certified solidworks support technician, and draftsight. David is also a certified solidworks expert and has received advanced certification in surface modeling, mold tools, weldment, and sheet metal from SolidWorks Corporation. Finally, David Murray is a certified SolidWorks Workgroup PDM Support Technician.

David Murray works with Fred Compton - Technical Support AE, Jim Foy - Technical Support AE, and Chris Card - Technical Support AE. Their manager is Tom DiLaura, VP of Technical Services.
