Matt Lees

Matt Lees has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and design. Matt started their career at Atkins in 2001 as a CAD Designer, where they spent three years. Matt then worked for Balfour Beatty Plc as a Design Engineer before joining GCAJV as a 3D CAD Lead in 2005. In 2008, they joined Veolia Water as a 3D Design Engineer and later moved to PROjEN as a 3D Mechanical/Piping Designer in 2011. Matt then returned to Atkins in 2012 as a 3D CAD Manager (BIM), responsible for implementing a 'Level 2 BIM ready project'. In 2015, they became the Managing Director of BIMEVOKE LIMITED. Shortly after, they joined Atkins again in 2017 as a BIM Consultant before being promoted to the role of Head of Engineering at Cadline.

Matt Lees attended Eccles College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Art, Design, and Computers. Matt then went on to The University of Bolton from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued a BSc HONS degree in Simulation & Virtual Environment with Leisure Computing Technology.
