Jukka Rantala

Jukka Rantala is an experienced business leader with a strong background in software development and management. As a member of the board, partner, senior advisor, and former CEO at Cadmatic since 1997, Rantala has driven significant organic growth and international expansion, leading to an increase in revenue from less than 1 million euros to 40 million euros and earning the title of Software Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023. In addition to Cadmatic, Rantala has held key leadership roles at Softwave Ohjelmistot Oy and PipeCloud, focusing on innovative solutions for the public sector and the pipe prefabrication industry. Rantala's extensive board experience includes memberships in various organizations, alongside a Master's degree in Industrial Management and Engineering, a Certified Board Member designation, and an eMBA from the Turku School of Economics.
