Sandra E. Laney

Sandra E. Laney serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Cadre. She joined the Chemed Corporation in 1974 where she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. She is a Director Emeritus for Chemed Corporation. Mrs. Laney is a member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing and the Lower Price Hill Community School. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Community Land Cooperative. In 2007, she was appointed to the Indiana University Foundation Board and the Advisory Board for Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.

Mrs. Laney graduated cum laude from Thomas More College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is also the recipient of an honorary Ph.D. from The University of the Cumberlands. For the past 29 years, she has served in various capacities in the building of Chemed Corporation and Omnicare, Inc., whose combined stock market value is approximately $10 billion.
