Edward Heaton

Edward Heaton is a General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Cadro Technologies Ltd and a Notary Public. Called to the Bar in 1999, Edward subsequently qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has achieved full membership with STEP (TEP), Chartered Fellow of CISI (FCSI), and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG). Edward has extensive experience as a solicitor in private practice with firms such as Lovells and Speechly Bircham, and has served as in-house counsel at Barclays, UBS, and Crédit Lyonnais Laing & Cruickshank, as well as General Counsel at LGT Wealth Management UK. They earned a Diploma in Law from City, University of London and hold an MA Hons in Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
